How Can pain And Burning Sensation On The Penis be Treated?

It sounds like you have gotten an abrasion-type injury over the penis, which appears to be starting to heal. Do not try to peel off the skin that forms over the area, because it protects the underlying wound while it heals. Make sure you dry the area well after your bath, and wear loose undergarments to help keep the area cool and dry.
To prevent infection from setting in, apply an antiseptic cream like chlorhexidine, twice a day until the wound heals completely. It will usually take less than a week to heal completely. If it takes longer or the area around appears inflamed/reddish, you probably need an antibiotic cream like mupirocin or fucidin to treat the infection.
Hope this helps, and please let me know if you have further questions.
Regards, Dr. Teh
